License Criteria
- In order to obtain a license you must rent and maintain an office in IN, which we provide. You must obtain insurance and bond for your dealership. This is required by the state of Indiana. Once your application is filed, the State of Indiana will review the your application. While almost everyone is approved, those applicants convicted of auto sales crimes, fraud or people that have had their dealer license revoked may require additional documentation to be approved.
- Please note that all information for our dealers is stored in our secure facility. Once you are no longer utilizing the services of our company, we shred all information, as allowed by law. National Dealer License LLC protects your personal information and wants you to have a clear understanding of what it takes to get your license.
In order for you to sell a vehicle to the public, the transaction must to be conducted by a licensed, local retail dealer. You simply wholesale (transfer ownership) of the vehicle to the retail dealership. Then, you sell the vehicle to your customer on behalf of the retail dealership. You keep the profits.
With National Dealer License, you can complete these transactions with one of our many retail dealerships locations around the country. In the event we do not have a dealer in your area, you simply work with our office to identify a dealer in your area to process these transactions.
Our network of retail dealerships has knowledgeable managers and staff to assist you and to answer any questions you may have. We will supply all required paperwork to complete these transactions. Access to our retail dealer network is limited exclusively to National Dealer License dealers.
NOTE: National Dealer License is always looking to expand our national network of retail dealers. For every retail dealer you refer to us that will conduct retail transactions for you and our dealers, we will give you one month of free rent. Visit our Free Rent page to learn more.
