Our staff completes and files all the paperwork necessary to apply for a license. These include:

• Apply and Obtain a Federal Employer Identification Number
• Apply and Obtain a Registered Retail Merchant Certificate (Also known as a Sales Tax Permit)
• Apply and Obtain a Limited Liability Company or Corporation (Your Choice)
• Prepare your Dealer Applications for you, ensuring it will be approved in the shortest time possible.

You will be responsible for obtaining your own insurance and bond, which is also required by the Secretary of State. We have a list of independent agents who will compete for your business. This ensures you will receive your insurance and bonds quickly (2 to 3 days in most cases,) and at the lowest rates possible.

Remember, while your office may be located at our facility, you can reside and conduct business anywhere in the country. Your mail can be forwarded to you once a week and you are allowed to have any mailing address you choose.
